ROOTED & RISING: A Women's Vision Circle

There is a particular kind of tired that settles in at the end of summer. The one that comes from giving everything to everyone else all season long and quietly losing track of yourself somewhere along the way.

Rooted & Rising is a daytime women's circle held at Palisades Interstate Park, one of the most breathtaking outdoor settings in our area,  designed to help you find yourself again before the new season begins.

This is not a workshop. It is not a class. It is a circle of women choosing to pause together, get grounded, and plant something intentional before the chaos of fall takes over.

In one afternoon together you will:

• Settle your nervous system with breathwork and grounding
• Get clear on what this next season is actually for with guided intention setting
• Create a seed paper vision board; something you'll plant and watch literally take root
• Close in community with women who are ready for something more
